I HATE IT. Charged my card tw...

I HATE IT. Charged my card twice... claimed neither went through... so ended paying in cash. Then relized it DID go through on my card.. and then when I tried to call for over an hour strait... Was sent strait to a recording telling to to use the website... Horrible Customer Service!
