I've always had good experiences, but this one was the best! After my frames randomly broke, I emailed the office, and had a response within an hour (late at night). Within a week my frames had been replaced free of charge, even though the warrantee was expired - the manufacturer still took care of it. So glad they were recommended to me four years ago!!
