Provided by YP.comToday after having the surgery, my life has drastically changed for the better, I no longer have to use a CPAP at night and health in general is so much better too. It's not a diet program but, a lifestyle change!! So far I've lost almost 40 lbs. I've taken back the control of my life--was it easy? no, but if you want your life to change and can follow simple directions-I highly recommend this program
