If I could give this location "0" stars that still wouldnt do justice. I came here to get a sesame bagel and a vanilla chai. They didnt have any sesame bagels left (mind you, it was only 10AM). Then I got to the window to pay and needed to use my DD perks which I had never done before. The girl at the window had no clue how the website worked so it was taking some time for me to find my virtual card number. The manager came to window and asked "Whats going on here?". So only of the other crew members said to her "Its not us, its the customer." The since the girl was operating on his drawer he kept yelling "I got to go, I got to go. I shoudld've been out of here!" So then the window closed and I was hearing him swear and yell about how he needs to leave and I was taking so much time. When I finally got my order and went back to work the blueberry bagel I purchased couldn't have been more stale and my chai tea was luke warm. Just terrible customer service and food isn't fresh!

Twice this year, 2015 I went here, then to work, only to find the order was not mine. Drive ins are supposed to be convenient, not this one!
