I am currently trying to get a refund from these people now. Ordered a chair over 4 months ago! Have called 10 times! One of the first calls the guy answered the phone, “what do you want?” What legitimate business does this? At that point I knew it was going to be downhill from there. They told me 4 weeks ago the chair was being assembled (supposedly in Canada and would be shipped the following Wednesday, here it is three weeks later, no chair. Tried chatting with them through their online chat (see one of many screen shots below - will send you the rest if you want) and asked for the owners name and number, they refused! Try calling them yourself and see. I saved screen shoots of the chat I had with them trying to get a refund, which they “hung up” on) and will email you them if you (you being potential buyers). Email me at dalesalisbury@mac.com. Also check the reviews on the Better Business Bureau rating also. Check Manta.com and try calling the phone number they gave manta, it is not there number, there is a recording trying to sell you something else unrelated to their business! Sad! Now I have to go through the long process with my bank (filing a fraudulent claim report), contacting New York authorities, FCC, etc. save yourself the heartache and don’t buy from them! No chair, no refund this is theft! I am greatful to Ergo that they taught me to check the things I have told you about before making an expensive purchase. All I want was a quality welding chair to use in my art studio!

"Jack Wolf" is just a plain old troll. He is a rich guy who's Dad gave him his business. Instead of working all day, he sits around he office looking for fights. He is a troll. Yes, the price marked was $.40cents for a $700 sofa. It was a mistake. Ever made a mistake? Several other customers "purchased" the same $.40 cents sofa as did Jack. When notified of the mistake, these customers were offered a below cost offer on the same product and took it, still achieving huge savings. If you think YOU would sell a $700 sofa to Jack Wolf, let him know. Mr. Wolf says:

Will be contacting New York state authorities about breach of contract, once I confirm that my credit card was charged for our order. Communicating with the company has met the same results as the BBB: problem ignored. Jack is a liar. He was in full communication with us both on the web site and through email. He was never ignored and his $ 40 cents times 3=$1.20 was quickly refunded.

Here is what Consumer Reports says about wrong prices:

Wrong!

A store has to honor the posted price.

Sorry, but you're not entitled to that $999 big-screen TV for $9.99 even though that's what the price tag says. If a price is that ridiculously low, the buyer should have known it was a mistake, says Jane Winn, a professor at the University of Washington Law School. (But if something is mismarked, it can't hurt to complain to the manager to see whether you can finagle a better price.)

ErgoBack.com advertised an item for sale, which we purchased (3 units), computed shipping, etc. and now refuse to ship the items we have purchased due to an error in pricing advertised on Google and their very own web site. ErgoBack has failed to respond to ALL consumer complaints made to the BBB in Upstate New York. The company also made a complaint about SEO they paid a freelancer on oDesk to perform, claiming that it hurt their web site rankings. Can't say they didn't deserve it. Beware placing any order. Check out the closed group on Facebook about ErgoBack.com ripoffs if you don't believe. Will be contacting New York state authorities about breach of contract, once I confirm that my credit card was charged for our order. I ordered a chair from Ergoback. I waited over a month and it still hadn't shipped, so I cancelled my order. It has been 5 months since I placed my order and I have still not received my money back. I have called them and left numerous voicemails, emailed them, and chatted them online. Twice someone has told me I would see a credit on my statement within 2 days, but no such luck. I would definitely not order from them again!!

Ergoback does have a great collection but good luck actually getting it delivered. This is a drop ship company who orders from manufactures all over the place. They have no idea what is in or out of stock and I waited over a month and never received my desk. They did refund my money but why let them use your money for a month. find another place to buy is my suggestion.
