The atmosphere reminds me of the of the quaint little places found in the Adirondacks. I can't remember ever having a bad meal or even one I wouldn't order again. The food is creative, always great & reasonable priced. Add to that the nice presentation & friendly service is why I return over & over again.

My husband and I really enjoy dining at Forest Hill Restaurant. It is a small place, which makes it much more cozy. The staff, Janine, Joette, Mike, Nancy, Jamie and the rest are always eager to please you and to adjust your order to your liking. They have a great 'specials' board, and we never even look at the menu. The food is very good and enough to take home for a couple of more meals. The price is comparable with other restaurants, but I think the quality and the quantity of the food is much better. Friday nights are a little crazy with fish fry night, but they get their guests in and out at a nice pace - no rushing, no major waiting. There's a bar there to enjoy a cocktail and a deck to enjoy the outside. It's only seconds from the lake. In April they have their annual Bullhead dinner - it's a must and has become a great tradition to get together with family and friends.....Try it - you won't be disappointed! Regina & Larry Helfer
