Provided by YPmobileSo, I bought a headset for my PS3 at the game craze on East Avenue probably a little over a month ago. It didn't work. I am literally their neighbor, I live right across the street. I work 50 hours a week in the hospitality industry. I had planned on taking it back soon after I purchased the headset, but it wasn't the hugest priority so I forgot about it for a few weeks. So, today I decided to walk across the street and return it. I lost the receipt at some point, but the box clearly had a Game Craze sticker on the box. The guy behind the counter refused to exchange it for cash or even store credit. This guy is a manager as well. Now people wonder why neighborhood businesses go out of business, this is why. I could have easily bought the headset from one if the larger big-box stores for less money (i even work in a mall) but I chose to try and support my neighbors instead, even with the extra 5 dollars I had to spend to do so. Only to be sold a worthless piece of crap that the rude gentleman behind the counter wouldn't exchange but may have if he "recognized me" ( so basically it was his decision)IME I said I've managed in hospitality for ten years and this is the exact opposite of what I would have done for one of my neighborhood patrons. So thanks again for taking my $30+ for a cardboard box and a worthless, faulty piece of trash. Wonder if Best Buy would have exchanged it? But we already know the answer to that..
