Worst Customer Service experience ever. If you decide to go - make sure you check before you leave and make sure they have not made a mistake with your order because if there is a mistake, even though it is their mistake, they will make YOU drive all the way back there to show it to them in order to get any sort of compensation. I bought two garbage plates last night - drove back to feed two guys who were working on my house all day and were starving. We ordered them with everything on them but they came with NOTHING on them. I called and spoke with the owner and he told me that even though they had made a mistake there was nothing they could do unless I drove back there to show it to them. Then they would put the toppings on it. This was at 930 at night. I offered to take a picture of it and send it to him to prove it that way but he said no. THEN to top it off I let him know that if this is the way that they handle their business I will not go back there again (not in a malicious way, just why order from somewhere that will not correct a mistake with your order without inconveniencing you more??) and this was his response, EXACT QUOTE ' This is our policy and I have run two locations successfully for 11 years. I am not worried about it ' I was in shock.



Needless to say we will never order from there again - there are a million other places to get garbage plates from - and I suggest that you go somewhere else as well.
