Unfortunately, I should have gone with my gut when I made the appointment and cancelled. The receptionist was condescending and rude while making the appointment. When I got the the office, two months later for my first appointment, I was about 10 minutes early. The attitudes of the employees were less than friendly. I waited in the waiting area for over 25 minutes. When I asked if the appointment was going to be honored soon, the receptionist didn't even look at me, and replied that the doctor had had an emergency dermatological situation earlier in the day, so she was running late. I sat back down and waited another 20 minutes! Again, I returned to the front desk, politely, and asked for an update. She didn't even attempt to try or care, and just told me that maybe I needed to reschedule! I had to take a half day off of work for the appointment, and instead of seeing the doctor, I was treated to impolite, inconsiderate office staff. I never saw the doctor at all, but if she appoves the running of her office that way, I am not impressed. I called back to leave the doctor a message, informing her of what happened, and asked for a call back. I never got one. I would never refer this doctor to anyone!
