had a doctors order for a bath chair. the first one barely fit in the tub and when I sat in it, it splayed and bent. 2nd one was delivered, no back like the first, did the same thing on first use. that was in March. Rep at halprin said it was weight tested and refused to say more. then told me that she never heard from me about the 2nd one being poor. 2 months of fighting with them and insurance having paid them, I still don't have the bath chair

My parents are 93 years old and for the most part are able to take good care of themselves. Just recently my mother was told she had to have oxygen 24/7. On Memorial Day she ran out of portable oxygen while visiting me. I phoned Halprin Medical for help. Within 1 1/2 hours a gentleman came to my house with 3 bottles for her. We were relieved and so thankful that he came as soon as he could. I was impressed and happy that Halprin had an emergency service available for the holiday.

He also gave us some much needed information about how long the oxygen lasts in one bottle. We're so grateful that we got help from Halprin .
