Went to have highlights retouched. The owner absolutely ruined my long hair by bleaching it to the roots. My hair was orange and this cost me $100. Did not notice until I got home. Sent pictures to owner - he must have known what he did and that he ruined by hair. I could not tell until i got home and it was dry. Terrible business attitude (forget the Message at end of his phone recording - he does live by it). and he ruined my hair. Okay for simple cuts but if you want coloring do not go here.

I scheduled an appointment on my work break to get my haircut and when I went down there the doors were locked and the lights were out, there was no note left or anything. The owner told me he would give me a discount for the inconvenience of wasting gas money,personal time and dealing with the frustration of being stood up for an appointment. I tried to reschedule on the following Monday, when he told me to call back and received no answer or a callback It's sad to see small business's not valuing customers on an individual basis. This owner lacks integrity and any sense of professionalism and I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone else.
