Founded in 1871, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery is dedicated to the ministry of burying deceased members of the Christian faith in consecrated ground. With 332 acres of land and nearly 300,000 burials, the establishment is one of the largest cemeteries in Rochester, N.Y. The cemetery caters to nearly 1800 interments in its gardens, mausoleums and columbaria, each year.
