Excellent Customer Service! Great Prices on Great Used Tires! If you want to save at least half the price of new tires see these guys! I will not go anywhere else they helped me big time!

Go here only if you have all day to wait.. The sign and website says 10 AM I waited this morning till about 1130 Then I left and returned a fwe hours later and this time there was a sign that they stepped out. So I returned again later and again no one was there. Three times I stopped In and each time except the first (who apparently didnt work there) no one was there to service my car. Totally Unproffessional! I do not recommend this place. It seems like a one man show there so im sure if there was someone there and at least 2 cars there it would take half a day! If they even show up.

BEST TIRE SHOP IN ROCHESTER HANDS DOWN!!!!! I SAVED 400 DOLLARS WITH THESE GUYS. I GOT A SET OF 16" GENTLY USED TIRES FOR 200 DOLLARS AND THEY GAVE ME FREE INSTILLATION AND BALANCE. I WAS ON MY WAY TO PAY 600 DOLLARS AT DUNN TIRE. SO GLAD I FOUND HOOPERS FIRST AND I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME. THEY ALSO CARRY NEW TIRES, LOWER PRICED THAN MOST COMPETITORS.

Good Deals! Friendly Environment! I don't usually write reviews but I feel these guys deserve one! I needed a pair of tires for the front of my 2003 Ford Taurus to pass inspection. Being a college student, I cannot afford $250 for 2 brand new tires! I found Hoopers Tire Outlet on yp.com and decided to give them a call because they are located the closest to my school (UofR). Nice family owned shop and I was greeted with a smile (unlike some other tire shops or junk yards I've been to). A nice guy named Dan(one of the owners) showed me the 2 used tires he recommended for my car. These Tires were in great shape, even wear, and had lots of tread. He told me I should get through a few inspections with them! And the price of both of them was LESS then the price i would pay for 1 new! I was out of there in a half hour with both tires installed and balanced on my car! By far the BEST tire shop I have EVER been too and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOOPERS TIRE OUTLET TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT TIRE BARGAIN! THANKS GUYS AND KEEP IT UP!
