I agree with the person 2 posts down. Worst service ever, i.e. no service! Called them at 12PM for a 630 PM pickup. At 630, the guy made some sorry excuse about traffic...there is no traffic in Rochester! I waited 10 minutes and he gave the same excuse. I continued to call him and he refused to pick up his phone. Never again...once dumb, twice shy

Worst cab service ever

This sorry excuse of a cab company always says "they'll be there in about 15 minutes" and I'll have to call them an hour later just for the guy to play dumb like "oh, they didn't come yet?" same routine every time. You can walk and get to where need to be faster than waiting for this company.
