Provided by YP.comWe have an authentic Russian ballerina here in Rochester!
Inna Esipova graduated from the Bolshoi Academy in Moscow, danced on the stages of the Bolshoi and Mariinsky theaters and toured throughout the world. Although many claim to, there are relatively few who have the actual certification to teach the Vaganova style of ballet. Inna possesses credentials in classical ballet training and coaching for performance and competition which are unsurpassed in this region. As a former professional ballet dancer who worked with several companies in the U.S. and Canada, I know that the upper level ballet training at Inna Ballet rivals any pre-professional ballet academy.
Inna overflows with joyful enthusiasm and has a special gift for drawing out the strength, technique and beauty in every student, young or mature. Whether a recreational dancer or one who wishes to pursue ballet as a career, all benefit from plenty of personal attention. The studios are light-filled with high ceilings and the floor is safe for the dancer. We are thrilled that Inna Ballet has come to Rochester!

Provided by YP.comAs a student of Inna Ballet, I am grateful to have the opportunity to train with a ballerina who has graduated from the Bolshoi Academy and performed in the Bolshoi and Mariinsky Theaters. When I joined Inna Ballet, I had a foot injury which threatened my ability to dance. Inna was very mindful of how I worked and did not push me to further injury. Yet, one year later, not only have I gained so much strength, I am performing variations en pointe, thanks to Inna’s personal attention and expertise in training in the pure Vaganova style. We work very hard in class, but Inna is warm-hearted and kind! She deserves more than five stars! :)

Provided by YP.comInna Ballet is a treasure in the city of Rochester. The instructor, Inna Esipova, is a Bolshoi Ballet trained, professional ballerina. She has more than 20 years of professional ballet experience that she shares with her students. She is not only knowledgeable about ballet, but she is a good teacher of ballet which is not always the case. She is mindful of injury prevention, caring, thoughtful, and most of all respectful of her students. Never have I encountered a teacher like this in the Rochester area.
Inna offers ballet training from age 5 and up. Her love of this art shows in everything she does at her school. Her adult classes are not just exercise classes, which is very typical of many studios. Her school focuses on proper technique for every level. There is a very low student to teacher ratio with a lot of attention to detail for each student. Even her youngest classes learn proper ballet technique, but are also taught to dance.
Another uncommon trait about this school is that there is no pressure to become a professional dancer. If you choose to pursue a career in ballet, Inna will help you however she can to accomplish this, but if you wish to take ballet once or twice a week simply because you love it, you are welcomed to do so!
There is an annual Nutcracker performance, as well as a spring performance that all students may participate in. Inna Ballet offers a summer intensive classes, too, with an invitation to view the variations that have been practiced during this time at the end of the segment.
If you are looking for true Vagonova training, without all the drama of a “studio”, I would highly recommend this ballet school.

Provided by YP.comInna is a wonderful teacher. She is kind and very friendly. Her classes have a small teacher to students ratio, so I feel that I am getting a lot of personalized attention. Inna is very focused on technics and will explain everything to me. I noticed how quickly I improved in just 3 month. Inna Ballet offers classes for all abilities. Each spring you get to perform in a recital. Fun! Thank you, Inna!
