My profile includes more than 15 years in general business transcription.  My experience includes video transcription, focus groups, insurance recorded statements, conference calls, interviews, speeches, dictation from authors for books, and webcast presentations in digital format. I also have more than five years experience working in the psychiatric field transcribing intake and progress notes. I understand the importance of quality, communication, and meeting deadlines for each and every transcript.  I am very conscientious about meeting those deadlines and ensuring that the client will be satisfied.
