Provided by YP.comI purchased 4 drapes ($100/each) at Pottery Barn and needed to get them hemmed and pressed. I just moved into the area and I found LiMura's online. I dropped them off and when I got them back they were just as wrinkled as they were when I took them out of the original packaging. The hems were done and while not perfect they were acceptable (although for the high price they charge they should have been perfect! - after all that is why I took them to a professional and didn't do them myself.) On top of it, when they were pressed they were not pressed on the seam so when we hung them they looked crooked and still wrinkly and there were 2 small stains that looked like pen marks.
We called them back and explained the issues and they said to bring them back in and they would send them back to be pressed again. (No charge). When my husband took them in the women was very rude and tried telling my husband that they were not stained that they were fabric pulls (drapes are white, the stains were dark blue). Also they were very cold and did not apologize or show any empathy nor take responsibility for the fact that they were wrinkled and incorrectly pressed. A simple "Oh we can take care of that for you, sorry about the inconvenience" would have sufficed.
So, they sent them back on Thursday 9/20/12 and on 9/28/12 (a week and a day) I got a call that they were done. Both my husband and I work full time and while their website says that they are open until 6pm that is not correct. They close at 5pm, which is horribly inconvenient so we had to wait until Saturday to pick them up. THEY ARE JUST AS WRINKELY AS THEY WERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! It's like they send them out and don't even look at the quality when they come back.
At the end of the day maybe these drapes just wrinkle easy, or maybe they did not have the right equipment however if that is the case, then they should be knowledgeable enough to know and explain that to the customer. Now I am out $32 with wrinkled drapes and am so frustrated by the whole thing that I am throwing in the towel. I wish I never wasted my time and money taking them to Limura's. In the future I will never use them again and would suggest that they need an attitude adjustment or just some basic general customer service training.
They are expensive, rude, provided poor customer service and poor quality.
