I despise this establishment, there's a guy and woman, to whom I assume is his wife (They bring their daughter). The guy is the one who aways tries to get to you first but, he lacks skill in scuplting nails (ie, french manicure, freestyle designs, etc). Every time I go in there, which is every 3 weeks or so (Im a very busy woman with a disabled child & no transportation) He openly complains about when I should be coming in for a fill on my natural nails (which are an inch long), He openly shows that he is upset with my coming in at all and the last time I went in there (Which was my Birthday!!!) he refused to give me a "Fill" unless I let him cut a damaged nail off of my natural nail, instead of letting the nail soak in chemicals to take the acrylic off that way.

I was so upset, he ruined my Birthday & frankly I never wanted him to do my nails in the first place. I will never go back there again.

Also, it's very small, tiny bathroom, only 2 employees, Rude attitudes, cost more than average salon in the city and charges extra for things that are usually free.
