we recently shopped at the West Ridge Rd location. I was told it would take 7 to 10 business days for the couch to arrive. When that time had passed, I called the store to speak to a manager. I was polite, and was just asking if the couch could be delivered any sooner. The manager was very rude to me, and my couch ended up being a week late. Overall, we are please with the couch, but I would have paid more to receive better service. I should have been treated as a valued customer and not spoken to in a disrespectful manor. We will definitely not be going back to this store.
