This place was horrible. The woman who worked at the skate rental was rude and unprofessional. She yelled at the parents, the kids, and talked about the customers to the other staff as they walked away. You are supposed to pay as to how old you are. She did not even mention that after I asked. She would not let you give back skates in exchange for a different size and she tried to hide a pair from my friend. The ice was dangerous even after being cleaned. The staff that worked on the ice were too busy showing off their skills than paying attention to the little kids falling and hurting themselves (which happened three times). None of the staff should be working there. My friends and I will not be going back.
