Provided by YP.comMy experience started out horrible. I had a disturbing encounter with 3 of the employees that left me furious,. After calling the customer service rep at McDonalds.com , and then receiving a very nice email at 8:30 pm from the General manager that same evening, I am giving this McDonald's a 5. The customer service rep and the general manager's professionalism reminded me not to judge an entire location on the behavior of a few.
