I do have a correction. Drop off suites are $12.50 and don't take a deposit. They are usually on time when day promised. When clothes are sent out for tailoring it does take about a week then the clothing will be sent out for dry cleaning. Because there is no onsite tailor yes it will take some time. About a week and a half. But with no deposit down...

I am not usually one for posting reviews, but I strongly discourage anyone from using this business. To make a long story short, I brought a suit in for minor work and dry cleaning. I returned to pick up the suit on the agreed upon date (one week later) and I was told the suit would not be ready for another week. I subsequently returned a week later and I was again told the suit was not ready and that I would have to come back the following day. I returned the next day and the owner did apologize, but made no concession on the price of over $50 despite not having my suit ready for the date we agreed to. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.
