Nothing but headaches. David needs to work on his customer service skills. I will never use Nu-Look again. Nu-Look cuts corners and doesn't do a thorough repair, they rush the job and their quality reflects... when you point out their poor workmanship, you won't get an apology, but you will receive poor customer service and lots of excuses. They need to establish a quality control process and re- train management

I have used this shop three times and they give consistant excellent service. The quality of the repairs are better than any other place I have found and the best part is they completely detail your car before you pick it up.
