I have been going to this place for at least 6 years and have never had a bad result. The owner grooms my dog and she does a fantastic job, always!

WHERE IS AMY? ? ? Not only was she a great groomer but my dog LOVED her and loved going there!! Since she has left the quality of the groom just does not seem as good and my dog does not seem to have the 'spunk' she had when she would go there before ! Needless to say I have stopped going there. I wish I could find Amy! She is hands down worth driving the extra distance or paying a little more. If anyone knows...LET ME KNOW!!!

I would take my dogs back to Pawsitively pampered pooch. I loved the place the first time I went, when the owner groomed my dog. After the first time though, i went back 3 other times, and was disappointed each time. The tear stains on my dogs weren't even touched. I asked for a trim on one dog, she came back with hardly any hair, and a funny looking tail. They just never listen to what I ask. I have quite a few friends who used to take there dogs there as well. They have all stopped for the same reasons. Its gone down hill, fast. Wouldn't suggest it. Petsmart does a better job than this place.
