Had them come out to look at the exhaust fan in my kitchen because 1 of the blades cracked and its making a horrible noise and I could not find just the fan blades anywhere online. He came and looked at it and wasnt sure what to do...before he left he came back in and said let me just check 1 more thing and poked it with a screwdriver and said we will get back to you. Haven't heard anything in over 2 months. Great service

I called for an estimate on two jobs. After being on with the receptionist ( who was short at first then warmed up) explaining what, why, etc. I got an appt. Just about to end the call and she says, "there will be a $29 service fee for coming out. After I spit and sputtered I said "oh hell to the No". Never ever in all the years of having one project after another done, calling for estimates has any company charged a service charge. Hey Pink Rose you are in the wrong business. I think it's scammy how they stick it to you@ the end. Most people would be embarrassed at that point to say F off!

I have used this service 3 times, and was happy with the first two jobs. They called on the scheduled date and came to my home as agreed. Unfortunately the last job was unsatisfactory in that my credit card was billed twice, and the employee had to come back to my home to finish the job. They also thinset and grouted the tile on the same day with in an hour, and did not allow the thinset to cure before grouting. My credit card was finally corrected and no adjustment was made for the inconvenience of having to dispute the quality of work performed. Pink Rose Hanyman service has lost a customer.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. On the Friday before Thanksgiving, a rep came out to my house to look over what I needed done. He told me he would email an estimate the following Wednesday (Nov 26). I am still waiting.... despite leaving messages. If they didn't want to take on the job, they should have given me the courtesy of telling me. Update: this evening I received an email discussing my estimate. I am happy that they responded.

We worked with Patrick from Pink Rose and he did a great job. Not only did he fix our problem but he educated me as a homeowner and really took the extra time to make sure I understood the problem.

The general manager of Pink Rose handyman told me to "Go away" and hung up on me after attacking me verbally over the phone regarding a dispute in scheduling times. I can't believe that's how Pink Rose treats its paying customers.
