How low can I rate? This place is absolute garbage! When I asked to discreatly address the poor quality. work I received after over a year of loyal business, I was publicly humiliated and screamed at like a child.

Horrible horrible horrible for eyebrows. She took out the most obvious hairs and left everything else unruly. She refused to trim them and they have no shape whatsoever. Just two rectangles on my face. Obviously doesn't know what she's doing. When it was all said and done she didn't even hand me a mirror only said "8 dollars..." I'll go back to threading for ten dollars this was bs.

My favorite place to go! The only nail salon I trust! Very friendly and they do an amazing job with the nails!

this is my second time Trying this salon. And definitely happy with my service that I got. I went there the first time to get my feet done, and the lady got me in and out real quick. I wouldn't happy about that and never wanna go back to that nails place. But my friend recommended me to one of the guy I fogot his name but he was such a gentle and sweet young guy I ever met. He gave me the best pedicure in town. My polish last forever cause he introduced me to the new gel polish. I'm still in love with my gel color on my toes. Come and see them but make sure you get the right one.....

I went here to get my nails done 12/31/14 and I've never felt so disrespected and uncomfortable getting my nails done in my life. I was greeted with a "What do you want?" instead of a "How can I help you?". The person that did my nails name is Johnny. He had a disgusting attitude the whole time and kept texting while doing my nails he even answered his phone at one point while doing my nails. We got to the point where I had to wash my hands and I did not know where the sink was so I asked him, "Where's the sink?' and he looked at me with a attitude and said without any type of kindness in voice "Wash your hands!' Meanwhile every chance he got, he kept texting. His eyes were more so focused on texting than doing my actual nails. While my nails were drying he started texting in front of my face with his phone less than a foot away directly in my face. I didn't know if he was trying to take a photo of me or what but it made me extremely uncomfortable. I felt like stopping him from doing my nails but they were the only nail place open at the time in the area that I know of. By the time he was finished I looked at my hands and I have glue on my fingers along with nail polish smeared on my skin. After he finished he looked at me, smacked his lips then said with a fake smile "Is there anything else I can do for you?" As if I bothered him by even being there. I told him no.



Before I left he felt my nails and told me "I think they're dry". When I got home I had missing nail polish on my nails. Never again will I go there. I feel awful and dehumanized after going there.

I have never had a worst experience. First, i walked in and asked how long for a fill and was told 5-10 mins...25-30 mins later the owner started filing my nails. When she finished she got up and went to wax someones eyebrows and had someone else start filling my nails. Once he finished filling them someone else started putting a clear coat on and then she finally came back to finish putting on the clear coat. On top of all that i was charged for a fill and to have my nails cut down a little when at any other salon its included in a fill. I will not be returning to this dirty salon again.
