I just had the worst shopping experience of 2016-2017 combined and I shop a lot. I went to this location to return an online purchase I had the shipping labels receipt and the clothing still had the tags on them as I could see I was not happy with the quality of clothing I ordered. the sales clerk didn't smile or welcome me in the store (no biggie) but then had a OBNOXIOUS ATTITUDE when I told her I wanted to return the items. Really?? she then refused to honor the back of the receipt that clearly states that I could return the online purchases in the store quoting some babble about corporate not allowing her to accept them? Really Really? she then pushed them all back to me and told me I have to ship them back to the warehouse to get my refund. on top of all this the clerk snapped at my son for touching the credit card machine. I called the customer service number while I was waiting and thankfully got a humane person who instructed her to accept the return. Yes and this Clerk said she was the manager of the store. I am beyond upset and will never shop there again and forbid my daughters to go there as well. if I could rate -5*s I would. that's the quality of service you get from Rainbows. Save your money time and gas go to Rue21.
