i would tell my best friend to shop around and stay away from RAC. better yet, invest your money into your own equipment as you don't need a lot to get in shape. don't get suckered into a 2 year lease (as I did) only to learn a year into your contract that the gym (or the assistant manager in my case) does not approve of your workout and wants you to change everything about it. RAC deserves a -10 if possible only because the owner (and a few other less important people) lack the most basic customer service skills.
