Was looking for a lawn care provider & Requested a quote on their website. Going on a week now & NO quote or reply from them. Only one out of 5 companies I requested quotes from that did not get back to me. Lost a potential new customer & referral reference. Guess they don't need the business

We hired this company to take care of our lawn last season. We signed the contract and paid in full ahead of time because it saved money. We were pleased with the treatments that they did on our lawn and thought they had done a pretty decent job. We figured that we were done with them until the next season rolled around. Then in the late fall, pushing into Dec., they call to tell us that we owe them money for the last treatment that we had done on our lawn. We had no idea what they were talking about since we had paid in full at the beginning of the season. We didn't order any extra treatments to be done nor did they perform any extra services. We don't know if it's bad communication within their company or if they are just plain incompetent when it comes to customer orders and payments. Either way we are very unhappy about the whole situation and getting very irritated. It is still going on and I have no idea what the problem is. If you decide to go with this company be very careful. Read everything in the contract and keep track of all the bills that they send and all the payments that you mail to them. Don't trust them or you could have them calling you and asking you for money that you don't owe them.
