I called this company for pest control and the owner was so curt and rude to me that it was remarkable! This guy literally yelled at me. And this is the owner of the company! Unbelievable...

I am a new homeowner of a home Sayer's had previously treated so I recently contacted Sayer's asking a simple question and my response was getting yelled at by the owner himself. Twice I asked him to stop yelling at me and he continued to do so stating, "This is not being mean." I admit, I was not in the happiest of moods as he had treated a nest in my home three months previously and the nest had returned. He continued to say that the previous service is not guaranteed and he would only come by to look at it (as in, he didn't believe me that there was a nest) and as to if he would charge me, "Well, I can't say, if you are a nice gal, I may do it at no cost or I may have to charge you." What?!



The conversation ended when he asked me what window it was in. (Ten minutes previously he informed me that he could not tell me exactly what was done on the house when the previous owners lived there because he has "thousands of customers.") I then told him what window the nest was in and he was quickly able to interrupt saying, "Well that isn't the window that I had treated before . . ." With that and the constant yelling at me as well as him referring to me not as a customer, but the previous owners of the home as his customers, led me to tell him, "No thank you." And I hung up. I would never recommend this person to anyone. Especially because I was not a customer in his mind. What kind of business is that?!



As a note . . . I have never been yelled at by any company before and I have lived in three different cities across the U.S. and I have rented numerous apartments. This is by far the worst customer service. It is not okay to yell at customers and then after you yell telling them, "okay, now you can gab about what the problem is." What?!
