Provided by YP.comI like Kohls very much. Couple of month back I moved to Henrietta NY. So I used to visit the Kohls in Henrietta NY. I had a very worst experience in this store. Representative in the returns department are not treating customers politely instead they are making fun out of customers. I never saw this behaviour in other kohls stores. I'll never visit this store again.

Provided by YP.comI like the selection of clothing, the prices are sometimes high but not bad if you find a sale. The return policy is strict and they stick to it with no exceptions so make sure you read it well.
