I do not like leaving a bad review but I will. My ra1412 was there 5 years waiting to be repaired. Came back phono didn't work. He had my sr4050c turntable over a year said he couldn't fix it. Geardrum had it back to me in a week working fine. I have been trying for months to get in touch with them to get back my schematics and service manuals . No one returns calls or ever answers the phone.

Joe is the man. His advice has saved me a lot of money , and he repairs all my old tube amps and pioneer receivers.
