I go every 3-4 weeks to get my eyebrows waxed. All fine except today. I go today and don't notice any issues other than some redness and tingling (although I noted that it somewhat burned more than usual when she put on aloe) until I get back to my dorm and see that skin had been basically ripped off in some areas. I called the salon and the woman, through nervous giggles (which is beyond unprofessional when listening to a customer complaining about her face basically burning from pain), said "sorry I don't know what to tell you- good luck". I don't know what they did differently- but because of this experience and how they handled the situation I am never coming back to this salon- even if it means I have to take a bus off campus. I know it's hard in the picture to notice as my face is shiny from the neosporin- but theses red stripes in the middle of my eyebrows are where the skin was pulled from (and I have smaller bits where skin was picked up on the undersides of the brows and at the far ends).

I gone there three times, the first time it was not that bad but I only go once a year to really get a good hair cut. And if you do not come more then ones a month they treat you like a nobody, not like a customer. But the next time I went I did not know that so I try them again. And was so wrong to do that, they had mess up my hair and all they told me was that it was to late for them to fix it and gave me a 20 dollar gift card. So me thinking it may not be so bad if I try to get the same person again so I will try it again, so this time Today I made the appointment two weeks ahead and when the day came they call me to to let me know my appointment was at 4:30. And I show up at 4:40 but they told me I was 30 mins late (which was really only 10 mins)and they couldn't take me. Even after I show them my appointment card they still didn't apologize and just saying that I was too late and they couldn't take me. This was the worst customer service I have ever had.
