I am satisfied with not only the customer service but also how friendly everyone is and professional. Highly suggest Sleep City and what they have available.

They have such a great group of employees at Sleep city, they are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you pick out what you want. especially when it came to finding a mattress!

I had the worst experience of my life with Sleep City in Rochester NY. I purchased a $2,000 Serta Icomfort mattress set with pad and went to return it 2 weeks later because I could not sleep on it and they would not take it back nor would they return my phone calls. I confronted them with the Serta advertised satisfaction 120 day trial and they still would not take it back. After much persistence they took it back and charged me $50 re-delivery charge but wrote a new invoice on my credit card for the $85 mattress pad because I did not have it with me. I went to return it later in the original package unused and they would not take it back telling me it was used and they never took it out of the package. When I called they kept telling me the manager would call me but he never did. These hucksters are unscrupulous and do not honor their refund policy or 60 day comfort guarantee. I will have to take them to small claims court. Try usmattress.com for more fair treatment.

Everyone at Sleep City is great from the sales people on the floor to the delivery guy who brought my futon and my mattress to my house. They were all professional, helpful and so friendly. I haven't been to a furniture store like this before, I'll definitely be coming here anytime I need something from now on.

I bought a new bed from Sleep City and all of the workers were so great. They were not pushy whatsoever and they wanted me to try out all of the different mattresses so I found the one that suited me best.
