Super responsive maintenance, office staff is great. I love renting from this company.

I have always paid my rent on time (or early), I have made improvements at my own expense (SWP has made none); I have abided by every requirement set forth in my lease and have never caused an issue for anyone else... ever. I loved living here for 4 years. In the past year, the customer service at SWP has gone so far downhill. Now no one answers the phone if you call, voice messages are ignored, serious maintenance issues are not taken care of. I received a "we have enjoyed having you as a tenant" renewal of lease letter on 8/22. When I sent an email response, on 8/23, that I could not commit to staying while water was leaking through my ceiling (pieces of ceiling falling down) + many other issues, the response was "get out by 9/29". I paid September's rent on line, 9/1 (got email receipt from SWP), then received nasty "vacate in 3 days" letter in mail for non-payment of rent. They say that you are a valued customer, but they treat you like they are doing you a huge favor by allowing you the supreme privilege of renting from them. Don't be fooled by the reasonable rent; they will keep raising it once you're in.

management company. They do nothing to quiet noisy tenants, who literally smoke weed all day and blast loud music, television and voices all night with no repurcussion. the washer machines and/or dryers are always broken, and they literally NEVER shovel snow so you can park until everyone complains. Furthermore, there is sometimes no parking available anywhere and becomes a game of musical chairs. If you don't complain everyday, you get nothing done. the only benefits are: its close to UR if you are a student maintenance, when called is timely and effective, and its cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

Provided by YPmobilePass this property management company and keep looking. The rental agent told me she was going to meet me 2 times and never showed. Then the 3rd time she finally showed and had a cigarette and talked about her animals the entire time. Very unprofessional. I decided to go with Morgan properties. Super happy!!!

Provided by YP.comGreat management company. I have never had any issues with getting any maintenance issues addressed and they allowed me to have my 2 dogs with just a fee down and nothing additional monthly! I love my apartment and the rent is cheap for this area.

In dealing with trying to assist two military veterans, relocate from Hawaii to Rochester I found this company to be inconsiderate, unhelpful and unwilling to assist two veterans. Requesting a security deposit plus first and last months rent because they were in Hawaii and unable to view the property is uncalled for. They were willing to be interviewed, sign a lease, send references, prepared affidavit and whatever is necessary to have the same consideration as someone renting the property who lives in Rochester (apparently only a one month security deposit is necessary if you personally view the property - which was impossible for them as they live in Hawaii), but this company would not even take into consideration that possibility. I would not recommend this company. Such a shame that consideration or assistance could not be afforded our military veterans. Shame on you!
