Had been looking for someone to help me with an unstable foundation on a pre-existing deck. The orignal buiders had not put the posts in deep enough and there was a lot of seasonal heaving. Everyone who quoted the job advised me to just tear it down and start over ($$$$). Speedpost came in and created a foundation UNDER the existing deck structure and attached the deck to the new foundation. Amazing work - and I have the same deck I started with, on a good foundation this time, and for a price that was very reasonable, especially when compared to the quotes I had to tear it down and start over again - and the work was completed in less than two days. Some notes on their workmanship: They consistently returned calls in a timely manner. They gave a firm and final quote. They were honest in what they could do, and what they couldn't/wouldn't do. They set the time when they would come, either to estimate or to do the job, and they came - on time. They estimated the completion date - and were finished by that date. They did not leave a mess. They were business-like and professional.
