I agree, they no nothing about customer service skills today. A business like that will not last.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I have NEVER, EVER, been treated so poorly!!!

When you inquire about service and in turn are accused of being "rude on the phone" by a receptionist(unknown name) and a masseuse(MICHELE), who REFUSED ME SERVICE and TELLS ME TO LEAVE, either you are having a very bad dream or there is something very wrong here! Who is allowed to treat customers in such a manor and remain employed to talk about it....STUDIO EXPO EMPLOYEES, that's who! The owner leaves no contact for customer complaints but this is one customer who won't be going away quietly!
