I have had my hair cut there about 8 times by three different stylists. My favorite us Charlie. She knows hair. I have never had to wait more than ten minures. I have paid as much as $40 for a cut before. No reason for that. Make sure to tip well. They work hard.

I love the Supercuts store on Lyell Ave. I can call that same day and schedule an appt. They do a great job on cutting and coloring my hair. You will not be disappointed.

I am a frequent customer that comes into the store for the past two years. Today, I brought my two children 3 years old and 1 1/2 years old to get their hair cut. My 3 year old was having a tantrum and Shari the manager was working on my 1 1/2 hair. Shari grabbed my 3 yr old son's hand from the chair, was disrespectful to my son and proceeded to tell my 1 1/2 that he needed to sit still. Instead of allowing myself to handle the situation, she continued to be rude and disrespectful. Tantrums are not uncommon and should she not respond this way to toddlers. When I thought my son's glasses were left behind, I went right back into the store to search for them. When I was looking around the area, she said "Their not up here!". Shari needs to understand what the true meaning of Customer Service is and proper manners. I have been working with the public for many years and feel this is unexceptible. My children did not need to be exposed to this type of behavior.
