Nightmare! I had some scheduling issues with them. Scott told me he would be here one day, and never showed up. No call, no e-mail, nothing! I was in a time crunch to have my floors refinished because I just bought the house and needed to move in. I did not want to do this project after all of my furniture was in place. Scott assured me it would be done by my move in date.
Garbage was left on my front lawn for me to clean up, They took the panel off of my electrical box to plug their machines into and left it in pieces on the floor when they were finished.
After writing an initial review, Scott called me and was very upset about it. We agreed I would take them down and came to the conclusion it was all miscommunication. Then, he had the nerve to ask me to "bump him up" to a 4.5 star rating before the project was finished! What?!
They did do a good job with the sanding and staining of my floors, but that's all they did. No polyurethane . Just left raw wood exposed. I was a little concerned, so I asked Scott and he assured me that they did put a coat of poly on. Still skeptical, I consulted another professional (in case I was mistaken) and he agreed there was no polyurethane on my floors. Just stain. This created a HUGE inconvenience, as I had to rearrange my whole house and apply the polyurethane myself. Needless to say, I was WAY overcharged for a sanding and a coat of stain.
HORRIBLE customer service, and they're liars. I absolutely would NOT recommend these guys at all.

Terrible experience! Look up the company in the NY Better Business Bureau - they have an "F" rating. In my case they took a $3600 deposit, cancelled coming 11 times over many months with excuses A-Z. I finally demanded a refund and had to sue them to get it. Won the judgement but Scott won't return the $. There are plenty of reliable options in the area. Don't make the same mistake I did with Superior Reflections.
