Love it

I've been a tenent for years and the unique details of each loft. The by far is one of the nicest loft living communities in Rochester. With the level of security I feel safe. Neighbors are great and friendly and professionals. Occasionally they have respecful parties, but the noise level is never something that I would complain about. Never loud music and issues here. I would recommend this building to anyone that likes city living and likes to be owe to events, bars and restaurants for a nice quick walk or cab. Now that the city is bring more businesses here, it will only get better form here.



Also, in door heated garage (not always heated) is a plus! I don't have to deal with the scraping snow off my car early in the morning. It's a rewarding and welcoming feeling to come HOME to this place. Love it... And will be here for many more years
