Provided by YPmobileI went into Tim Hortons on August 28, 2014. I was in the drive thru as a regular customer, always have a horrible experience there; but it's the closest one to us. The worker Name Jalissa Rucker, was very rude and threaten me in front of my children to through a pan at me and the other worker messed up on my order so I always have to go into the restaurant to get my food then why is it called a drive thru? On top of it all she still works there! After threatening me and calling me names. Highly not recommended for business very poor service and workers!
