New Owners since 2018 Great Apartment Complex! 24/7 Maintenance. Updated Renovated units.

I agree with the other person that 1 star is too many. Dirty, not well kept, rude...and the lies. When I agreed to rent a short term apartment for my son the "manager" agreed to a partial month rent as the apartment would not be ready until the 10th.
Then she denied that and claimed it was ready on the 1st. Lie.
Roaches in the basement. No exhaust fan in bathroom so it grew mold out of control.
The lease is out of control weird. They insist you pay a professional company to steam clean the carpets. They charge for missing light bulbs that were missing upon move in mind you.
They do not return the interest on the security deposit that is legally required. they keep an administrative fee from it. And it took more than the agreed upon 30 days to process.
Don't rent from them. Run!!!!

Do not waste your hard earned money. This is the perfect place if you want to hear your neighbors walk below you, laugh at what is on their TV and have a godawful miserable 12 months...if you are lucky. Maintenance is pretty nice however. Still, no one should have to pay $700 each month to hear and feel the downstairs neighbors moving around. At least throw in a double sink or a dishwasher!!!
