I took my Porsche 911 in for an alignment. Fell in love with the place. First, the work was done for the price quoted, no up charges, no parts needing replacement.Hunter looked up some tires from the distributor that I thought I needed but didn't. After spending time looking these up he seemed genuinely happy for me that I did not have to replace other recently purchased tires.
The most impressive part of Universal Imports for me was the attention to details and importance of this being a family business. First thing you see when entering is a poster of 3 generations of the Fuerbacher family, their position in the business, a brief biography. They don't leave out non-Fuerbacher employees. Mark took time out for me for a fun non-work related conversation. The waiting room is clean and organized with neat stacks of Porsche (and other) magazines, European castles, a 'board of 'thank you letters and most importantly, a tribute to Gunther the recently deceased patriarch of the family and founder of Universal Motors. So happy to have found my Porsche specialist.

Services appear to be quick and courteous. Had oil change, front pads, right mirror light and some engine component service done there. One glitch I had with them had nothing to do with their work on my car. They replaced my license plate frames with theirs without my permission and knowledge. It took several calls to have my frames delivered to my door. Overall, they appear to know a lot about German cars.

In the past buying a car was like going to the dentist and just never a good experience. We were referred to Universal Imports by our friends who said it was not your typical "let me ask my manager" experience. We went in with specific needs and budget - with having three young kids we need room. We didn't see any cars on location that would fit our needs, but after talking with Mark he said he would find the car for us. At first I was skeptical (after all I had never had a good experience at other places), but I was truly impressed with how quickly he really did find the perfect car in our budget!



Buying my car at Universal has changed my perspective on buying cars and it was actually enjoyable! When I look back on my experience the words that come to mind are honest, integrity, customer comes first, easy. Thank you to Mark and the entre team at Universal - you have gained a customer for life with your great service!

We purchased a 2006 Audi A6 from Universal Imports with low milage. Mark took the time to understand our needs and match us with the best car. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had! It was a no pressure sale and Mark took the time to review all of the features of the car along with the service history.
