When i renewed my contract i made the mistake of going to this store which i believed was a verizon store, unfortunately i was wrong this is a verizon authorized dealer and when you have issues with your phone you have to go to this store only nobody else can help you. the staff was unbelievable rude and pushy. not to mention they were completely unhelpful after wasting my whole lunch and hour there and then some. please dont make the same mistake i did, or you will soon regret it.
