Very unprofessional and mixes personal staff issues with patient care

Dr louis cianciola left me with swollen red gums on both sides and refused to advise me after many requests as I am worried
It is not normal for gums to swell and bleed

He's the only periodontist I have ever been to

I am worried about my inflamed gums and have reached out a few times now

I recently had my gums scaled there as I always do but this came about after an unrelated surgery

My repeated attempts to acquire assistance before and after his vacation are not being addressed
