Dr. William Koenig has partnered with the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery since 2003, specializing exclusively in breast and body procedures. He previously worked at the prestigious Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, Pennsylvania where he was well-known for his work in plastic surgery. An honors graduate of Northwestern University Medical School with eight years of post-graduate surgical training, he is double board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Koenig is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons with over 23 years of experience in breast augmentation, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, body lifts after significant weight loss, and other body sculpting procedures. He has performed over 1,600 breast augmentations over the past 12 years in Rochester. In 2012, he presented his findings on breast augmentation titled, “Primary Breast Augmentation: A Single Surgeon Experience with Nearly 1000 Cases” at the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons in Boston. The presentation highlighted his low complication rates as compared to national averages.
