Too many meat heads. Staff is mean. They stole $20 for me, after I announced I was cancelling my membership, in order to lock in the low monthly fee for the following year. Yes - they charged me $20 for the honor of having a low monthly fee for a year in which I was NOT a member. Still makes no sense. And the staff wouldn't forward me to management. Instead someone hung up the phone on me. Awful. Oh. And it is disgustingly filthy. You couldn't pay me enough to shower there. It's so dirty.

Awful company. Worst customer service ever. Staff is downright rude and mean. Facilities are dirty. Run, don't walk, away from World Gym.
