John was very patient and accommodating, taking time to explain the work and pricing prior to completing even though they were extremely busy. John maintained his professionalism while taking non stop calls and ensuring my vehicle was ready in a timely manner. My new tires are competitively priced and have great traction. First time visiting here, will definitely come back. Thanks Smolic family!

I called to get tires on my SUV. I had used them years ago. I can not believe how rude John was on the phone. I got a price from him, asked about a senior discount, AAA, or AARP. He said he didn't have time to deal with that, if I wanted a cheaper price, to go someplace else. I can't believe I was being blown off because I asked if they gave a discount on a $700+ purchase. Maybe the owner needs someone with better phone skills to address customers, as John clearly doesn't know how to speak to people. I have been in retail 35 years and would not allow anyone to talk to my customers that way!!!
