Disappointed

I had Advanced Animal board my two dogs. They assured me that they would be well taken care of and let out at least 4 times per day. When I picked up my dogs they were wet. The woman brought out their toys they were wet and smelt like urine. I took my dogs to the car and she brought out their beds. She had to put them in a garbage bag because they were soaked in urine. The most disappointing part was when I talked to Dr Haynie and she acted like it was no big deal for my dogs to be neglected while in her care. My dogs are house dogs and do not have accidents. They could not have been let out four times a day. DO NOT take your pets to Advanced Animal in Rock Falls.
