My father-in-law dropped his tv off to be fixed, it has been a almost a year. They said they were waiting on parts. I noticed when we dropped it off there were a lot of other tv. That is too long to wait after you pay 50.00 for them to look at it and there is a clause that says they can keep it after so many days they can keep it. Don't waste your time or money. He just making money off your dead tv. Called weekly then daily nothing fixed save that $50.00 for a reputable business or new tv. Still has his tv no updates not fixed and never heard from again.

Employees are nice and understanding but bad quality of fixing things. I waited over 2 months just to fix a tiny screen and they never fixed it.

Owner is rude and obnoxious. Terrible customer service.
